Below are some application examples:

  1. You have installed a 6-cylinder engine in your car that had a 4-cylinder and your tachometer on the dashboard of your car was clearly for a 4-cylinder engine, and consequently the reading will no longer be correct. Using this module you will be able to get it running correctly again at the exact rpm.
  2. If you have replaced the alternator in a Turbodiesel engine it is likely that the output of the same provides a different signal compared to your old alternator and consequently the reading of your tachometer marks double or triple the real one, with this module it will be possible to immediately restore and realign the correct reading of the tachometer. Furthermore, it is possible to create a phonic or toothed wheel on the crankshaft pulley to have a correct reading of the fully programmable rev counter.
  3. Does your tachometer read half because you installed a DIS lost spark ignition while the tachometer worked with a distributor or distributed spark and now it reads half? With this module, simply connect it to see the revs doubled and therefore read the correct revs on the original rev counter.
  4. Have you replaced the points with a power module and now the rev counter no longer shows the correct rpm?
  5. You installed a new tachometer on your twin-cylinder engine believing you could install it and read the rpm without any problems. Unfortunately, the rev counter must be chosen based on different parameters and it is very easy to make a mistake when purchasing without having the right skills. With this module the reading is linearized very quickly to the correct value.
