Wastegate Ferrari 208 GTS and GTB Turbo VERSION WITHOUT INTERCOOLER. external type valve for turbocharger on original exhaust manifold. It is installed in place of the original Ferrari wastegate which is now in a non-restorable condition and even with the replacement of the membrane, the problems will only be postponed. This wastegate of ours has the usual hole diameter but carries a superior flow and is the definitive solution even when looking to replace the broken original membranes which fail again after a few months.

  • Complete replacement of the wastegate valve and it is not just the diaphragm as the replacement of the diaphragm alone does not guarantee a definitive solution as it does not eliminate the problems of the original Ferrari wastegate valve which due to its age and use at high temperatures cause irreversible aging on the original wastegate valves, with "deteriorations of the original cast iron material" which, even if replaced with a new membrane, will never function correctly as it did when new
  • Our wastegate valve is not the original wastegate but rather is of American production, modified and adapted by the technical department of ProtoXide and is conceptually made with technologies and materials developed 30 years after the construction of the original Ferrari wastegate valve therefore we guarantee such optimal functioning and I point out that not even the original valve had many years ago when it was new.
  • The lack of the original Ferrari wastegate on the spare parts market is well known, given the multiple breakages of this actuator or of the diaphragm which is no longer on the market.
  • Wastegate now made in black colour, with the usual diameter but with technical and functional characteristics far superior to the original Ferrari with 0.8 bar pressure, even if we can supply calibrations with different springs (optional) which are easily interchangeable.
