Specific oil radiator installation kit with sandwich adapter for Fiat-Alfa-Lancia 1.4 t-jet 500 Abarth multiair and non-multiair engines. Our kit includes exactly all the following components designed to make installation as easy as possible and have everything you need to avoid having to go crazy finding all the required details:

• Support for external oil radiator installation, hard to find, of our exclusive production, modified for the installation of the oil pipe coming from the turbocharger. Sandwich made in Ergal by numerical control without any anodic coloring. Complete with 2 fittings to connect the oil cooler hoses
• Grub screw with dedicated Allen key on the monobloc side.
• Water cap on water pump outlet
• Oil drain hose to be able to install the oil filter by modifying the original hose.
• Cable ties
• New metal braided oil delivery hose with Teflon interior with dedicated screw and two longer copper washers. For this reason it is necessary to specify the turbo used. It is used to receive the correct new braided oil delivery hose for the turbo installed. No length problems even for heart-shaped collectors or in any other position.
• Oil filter is not included, you need to purchase it separately, we provide the code, but it is the cheapest and most common oil filter from Fiat.
• This radiator kit can be installed exclusively on Fiat-Alfa-Lancia group cars, suitable for TURBO ENGINES OR TRANSFORM TURBO versions. This kit is not necessary for the usual aspirated engines such as Panda 100hp where it is convenient to purchase just the dedicated sandwich or our complete kit.
• The support also has a threaded hole with relative caps, very useful for being used to insert the pressure gauge sensors for oil pressure or oil temperature, without having to complicate your life to install them, so we have already thought of everything!
• It allows you to take advantage of all the benefits that an oil cooler provides and we are amazed how a car of this type is not equipped with the original equipment manufacturer, especially in an engine like this where the oil capacity is really limited. Usually in sports vehicles it is common to have it already as standard, such as the Lancia Delta Integrale, Fiat Punto GT... which have the oil radiator already installed in the basic standard version!
