- Clutch kit complete with single-mass flywheel in lightweight steel with reinforced clutch without wear recovery which can be installed on all Alfa Giulia 2200 Turbodiesel engines and all versions of this car which originally fitted a 240mm diameter push clutch with pressure plate with wear recovery and flywheel dual-mass.
- If you too are among the many owners of this Alfa Romeo Giulia 2,200 manual transmission who, when you press "Dynamic", especially from 3rd gear onwards, feel your clutch slipping, you have reached a point of no return, so you have to decide whether to reciprocate all putting it original knowing that you are only postponing the problem rather than solving it!
- This clutch group was able to support even our best result from a well-known tuner and was able to maintain and support an engine preparation of 337.41 hp @ 3955 rpm and a max torque of 692.1 @ 3044 rpm. ITALIAN RECORD, WITHOUT any type of breakage or slip.
- We can also supply a kit for powers higher than those indicated, but in this case it is necessary to replace the brake disc with an even stronger copper disc at a higher cost. Even if we believe that with this kit with special ferodo disc, seeing the numerous installations and the numerous compliments that those who installed it have given us, I don't think it is ever necessary to use a copper kit, not even for the Italian record indicated above.
- This clutch kit, like all our other kits sold by us, is supplied without the release bearing, while we supply the flywheel centering bearing, which cannot be found but is present in the original flywheel.
- Many have tried to invent reinforced clutches on this engine also on the original base, but installing a clutch on the original flywheel inevitably involves premature re-slipping with having to buy everything again! There is no solution on this engine only our single mass flywheel kit with reinforced clutch and all those who purchased it did not regret it, in fact they only made a single expense once without having to disassemble everything for a second time trying to install original clutches and also other modified ones, unfortunately on this car there is only one solution that works, our ProtoXide.
- Steel flywheel with anti-unthreading pins, removal of the wear recovery system with special clutch disc, specific reinforced lining with MitFord 23-slot shock absorber battery.
- With our application the usual original flywheel-crankshaft bolts are used, this application of ours is designed to also use the original bearing in this case, which are not supplied together with the flywheel screws, precisely because you just need to buy the originals. In all our applications we never supply the thrust bearings but it is always necessary to purchase them separately together with the bolts, unless a particular bearing is required but this is not the case.

Il kit frizione rinforzato si installa al posto del kit bimassa originale, ed arriva già tutto bilanciato . Uno dei vantaggi principali è la maggiore coppia che la vettura è in grado di mantenere, offrendo un'accelerazione leggermente più rapida grazie all'alleggerimento fatto anche sul volano. Ci sono vibrazioni attorno ai 1500- 1600 giri, poi oltre quella soglia zero vibrazione. L'inserimento marce è perfetto e il pedale risulta leggermente più duro, dovuto probabilmente al maggior carico dello spingidisco.
Nel complesso da riacquistare subito, forse anche prima, per dimenticarsi così dello scivolamento e delle rotture del volano bimassa !
Azienda seria che sa quello che fa.

Non ho tribolato per niente ne ad installarlo ne altro. Complimenti davvero a Tiziano per il lavoro svolto e per la qualità dei prodotti serviti, la mia Giulia vola !
