Steel single-mass flywheel kit with clutch specific to Alfa 159 2000 - Fiat Croma 1900 16v JTDM 150 hp and 200 hp engine code 939B3000 125 KW with F40 gearbox transmission. This is a model used exclusively for this specific application which as standard uses an original dual mass flywheel 55214811 with F40 transmission with a wear recovery pressure plate, while our application allows you to remove the wear recovery system using a traditional system but which allows to maintain a torque of 59kgm!

  • This version is different from the others and is absolutely not compatible with the other versions already made on the market.
  • Clutch slipping problems are known after remapping the ECU or adding a modified turbocharger.
  • Kit with special single-mass steel flywheel made to accommodate a specific ferodo disc created for turbodiesel with double shock absorber with progressiveness and as you can also see from the photo the ferodo disc has a special compound with visible copper braids.
  • This kit is supplied with: steel flywheel, super reinforced pressure plate and clutch with reverse-loaded shock absorber springs and 240mm 23 SPECIAL FERODO disc capable of supporting up to 59KGM!
  • The crown for the starter motor is already inserted on our flywheel for interference.
  • Steel flywheel complete with crown for the starter motor, ferodo disc with copper braids in the compound (but not in copper) ProtoXide with reinforced battery with 3 shock absorbers specifically designed to reduce transmitted vibrations and "loaded" in reverse even if not it will be possible to remove them completely.
  • There are known problems with the dual mass flywheel breaking when the standard horsepower is increased (even just by reprogramming the control unit) or the clutch slipping after remapping the control unit or adding a modified turbocharger. Kit with special single-mass steel flywheel made to accommodate a specific disc created for turbodiesels with double shock absorbers.
  • The overall weight of this car is very IMPORTANT and we manage to reduce the overall weight compared to the original by over 15%.
  • This kit allows you to eliminate the problems present in acceleration even at low speeds, especially in higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel", thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slipping, thanks to a reinforced pressure plate and a Ferodo disc with unique ProtoXide copper braids made specifically for this application and cannot be found elsewhere.
  • It is necessary to use our modification to be inserted into the original thrust bearing with 3 fixing holes or you can send it to us to carry out the modification and it must be purchased separately as it is not included in the price and must be sent to us.
