  • Problems of clutch slipping or breakage of the dual mass flywheel are known, after remapping the control unit or adding a modified turbocharger but sometimes even with original mapping but intense use.
  • Kit with special single-mass steel flywheel made to house a specific disc created for turbodiesel with double 23-slot shock absorber with push-release clutch.
  • This kit comes with: steel flywheel, super reinforced clutch pressure plate and clutch with reverse loaded shock absorber springs and 240mm disc
  • The starter motor crown is already inserted on our flywheel by interference but at a different height and position.
  • Steel flywheel complete with starter motor crown, ferodo disc with copper braids in the compound (but not copper) ProtoXide with reinforced battery with 3 shock absorbers specifically designed to reduce transmitted vibrations and "loaded" in reverse.

  • This kit eliminates problems present in acceleration even at low revs, especially in higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel" thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slippage, thanks to a reinforced clutch pressure plate and a unique ProtoXide copper braided ferodo disc made specifically for this application which cannot be found elsewhere.
  • It is necessary to use the original thrust bearing which must be purchased separately at your own expense as it is not included.
