Kit consisting of Alfa 147 1900 JTD ALFA GT 8- 16v 192A5000 flywheel made of single-mass steel and clutch kit with reinforced pressure plate, special ProtoXide brake disc with copper braids in the mix, but it is still a disc not with copper plates, but a more "drivable" disc with also the anti-kink spring between the brake lining coupling precisely to further increase the driveability of this specific disc with reinforced thrust springs specially made and exclusive ProtoXide for this application.

Single mass flywheel kit with reinforced clutch Alfa 147 - Alfa Gt 1900 JTD 8-16v, Alfa 156 2400 includes steel flywheel complete with starter motor crown, specially made to accommodate a specific SINGLE ProtoXide ferodo disc with copper braids (but not with copper plates) with reinforced shock absorber springs battery specifically designed to try to reduce vibrations and "loaded" in reverse. together with a reinforced original pressure plate.
Problems with breakage of the dual mass flywheel when increasing the standard horsepower (even just by reprogramming the control unit) are known.
Specific crankshaft bolts already included in the package and different from the original bolts specific for this application.
The weight of the whole assembly is lightened and weighs about 16kg.
Fits many JTD models including Alfa 147, Alfa GT both 8 and 16v 140hp 192A5000, 1900 CC 150 CV Diesel engine code 937A5000, Lancia Lybra 2400 and similar engines with pull clutch.
This kit eliminates problems present in acceleration even at low revs, especially in higher gears, caused by the failure of the "original dual mass flywheel", thus eliminating clutch or flywheel slippage, thanks to a reinforced clutch pressure plate and a unique, unobtainable ProtoXide ferodo disc.
